Share with Your Little One! 2 Best Non-Alcoholic Christmas Drinks

  • 2

The Christmas decorations are set up, the playlist is on point, your menu is ready, and some nice drinks will make it just perfect. But wait, what about my little nephew who cannot join us for the alcohol party yet? Iced teas, lemonades, and sodas are too basic to be impressive. What else can I make?

No worry, here are some great non-alcoholic drink recipes that can please everyone. Your little ones can even make the drinks themselves!

Sparkling Berry Apple Mocktail

Healthy and refreshing. This is my favorite.

Ingredients: berry syrup, sugar, apple cider, sparkling water

Suitable for: ALL ages!

1.      In a heavy bottomed sauce pot, combine 12 oz frozen berries and 3/4 cup granulated sugar. Set over medium heat and bring a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook until berries have softened and mixture is thick.

2.      Strain the mixture, cool to room temperature, and transfer it to an airtight container and keep stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. You can prepare this mixed berry syrup several days before the party.

3.      When about to have the mocktail, just add 1/2 oz mixed berry syrup and 3 apple cider in a serving glass. Add ice and top with 3 oz sparkling water, and stir before drinking. Then there you are, beautiful and yummy.

White Chocolate Peppermint Mocktini

White choco is always kids’ favorite. So you can imagine how excited my little nephew got when I made him this drink!

Ingredients: hot white chocolate, peppermint mocha coffee creamer, white chocolate syrup, crushed peppermints for garnish.

Suitable for: ALL ages!

1.      Dip edge of a chilled martini glass in white chocolate syrup, then dip in crushed peppermint. Repeat with additional glasses.

2.      Add white hot chocolate and coffee cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

3.      Shake vigorously, strain into glasses and serve immediately.

Try these recipes out this Christmas! My little nephew will tell you how yummy they are in a child’s mind. XD

What can I eat and what can't I with ischemic kalidas

Thanks for the recipe. The berry apple mocktails seems nice, I'll prepare for my grandkids. Not the white choco, both of my grandkids are overweight now.
