I'm 36 and for a few weeks now I have been getting very anxious with shortness of breath and now I just had sharp pain in my chest and right arm. I have been taking Benadryl for the anxiety and the only other meds I'm on is Suboxone. What does these symptoms mean?

The symptoms of heart attack are generally the precordial or retrothoracic compression, squeezing, or even near death. The area is generally the size of the palm. The pain can be released to the left shoulder, the inside of the left arm, and the back, accompanied by nausea and vomiting, sweating, dizziness and other symptoms.

Shortness of breath with sharp pain in chest and right arm can be caused by heart disease, such as acute pericarditis, myocardial ischemia. You should take ECG, UCG, myocardial enzymes to assess the situation. Your symptoms also may be caused by pneumothorax or pulmonary embolism. Next time you have an acute attack of chest pain, you should get a chest CT scan.

For taking Benadryl for the anxiety , you should check with your psychologist whether you need to take it for a long time.
