Blood pressure is 100/55. Is this too low? She is 92. If yes, what do we do?

Readings below 80/60 indicate very low blood pressure or Severe Hypotension. You may have very low blood pressure but feel fine. It depends on the person. However, very low blood pressure could also have an underlying cause and indicate a serious heart problem or infection. In some instances severe hypotension can result in shock, causing confusion, clammy skin and rapid shallow breathing. Does she have any discomfort?

Normal range for systolic blood pressure (the upper number): 90-140

Normal range for diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number): 60-90

So, her diastolic blood pressure is slightly low. That's pretty common in the elderly. If she does not feel any discomfort, say, dizziness or weakness, she's fine.
