Arm pain in right arm.

My name is angelina,im 30 years old and about 1 year ago I was roller skating at cal skate in rohnert park, ca...

One of my staff twisted me and I yelled stop stop I won't be able to do that, too late I fell and heard a loud pop in my forearm and I was rushed to the hospital and the doctor took an ex ray. I didn't let him touch my arm cause it was to sensitive to the touch...

Long story short,

I was diagnosed with sprained arm.he have me a spring for my arm.

As of today 02/03/20.I still have the pain in the same arm and feels like it's worse..I have to pop my arm to make it feel better...

Have you had rehabilitation training since the treatment? You'd better go to the orthopedic department, get rid of the dysfunction, and then start the rehabilitation exercise as soon as possible. Rehabilitation exercise is beneficial to restore the original function.

Hi, generally a simple joint sprain recovers in 4 weeks, most of people use the splint for 2-3 weeks. Yours has been a year, the pain seems getting worse, self-care doesn't seem to help, you'd better go check it again.
