You mean abdominal aneurysm? The size of 16x17x16mm is relatively small if there is no abdominal aortic dissection. Abdominal aortic aneurysm is easily accompanied by rupture of the abdominal aorta, which will lead to dissection of the abdominal aorta, which is very dangerous. You have abdominal pain now. You'd better go to the hospital for abdominal ultrasound or abdominal CT scan to exclude abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Where is the aneurysm located? Abdominal aneurysm? If so, it is very small, not big. In general, patients can follow-up with their vascular surgeon regularly to have repeated ultrasound scans to monitor the size of the aneurysm. However, given that you have abdominal pain (don't know how severe is the pain), your doctor may recommend treatment for you.
