I'm having bad pain in upper back in the lung. What can this be?

I assume you mean pain in your upper back area. In fact, you really cannot tell whether it is caused by the lung or other structures. There are some common causes of pain in that area:

1. Muscle deconditioning and poor posture

2. Muscle overuse

3. Herniated disc

4. Pinched nerve

5. Osteoarthritis

6. Myofascial pain

7. Lung cancer

8. shoulder joint problem, such as arthritis
