The tingling is located at the wrist or finger or palm or the whole hand? Did you get injury or use your hand a lot? Do you have diabetes or neurological disease? If not, you may have carpal tunnel syndrome. You are suggested to see an orthopedist for diagnosis and treatment.

Do you have diabetes, gout, arthritis, or peripheral neuropathy? If you have any one of them, you should see your PCP. Or, do you use your hand, especially your finger, very often? If yes, it may be carpal tunnel syndrome. First make your hand rest for a few days. If it doesn’t work, take some NSAIDs to relieve the syndrome.
