Can you feel any mass inside the breast? Is the pain from the muscle behind the breast? Is the painful site tender to the touch? And, did you get any injury there? If it's pulled muscle, it usually recovers in one or two weeks. If the pain is constant, you are suggested to do examinations such as CT scan.

You may need a breast physical exam and X-ray to exclude the presence of a breast tumor. With breast tumor excluded, muscle spasm may be the cause. Maybe you can take ibuprofen twice a day for 5 days. Don't lift heavy weight. Take adequate rest. Apply warm compress around the painful site. And take olive oil and massage the breast area. It will soothe the pain.
