For Hashimoto disease, the following nutrients are important in Hashimoto Disease diet:

Iodine, richly contained in seafood, dairy products, table salts, eggs, and prunes;

Selenium, in eggs, pork, tuna, sardines, Brazil nuts, beef, and chicken;

Zinc, easily found in oysters, shellfish, beef, chicken, legumes, and cow's milk;
