I was having to do a job of very hard scrapping and sweeping in just a few minutes bcuz of street laws here, so I got a blister right when I quit I saw it and I'm not sure the best way to treat it
Your blister is called friction blister. Blisters typically get better on their own in just a few days, generally no special treatment is required other than to keep the blisters clean and dry. If the blister breaks on its own, wash the area with soap and water, gently pat dry, use an antibacterial ointment (such as triple antibiotic ointments) and cover it with a bandage.
