My blood pressure was 146/93. Is that good? I am 66 years old. When I lean over, I get light headed and nauseous.

Hi, your blood pressure is a little bit high. You can monitor it regularly for several days to confirm whether you have hypertension. Blood pressure higher than 140/100 three times in different days can be diagnosed as hypertension.

But this would not necessarily be the reason for your lightheadedness and nausea. You need to check your blood sugar, electrolytes etc.. Go to your primary care physician first.
Your blood pressure is not very good. An ideal blood pressure level is less than 120/80mmHg. You need to keep a low-salt diet, stop smoking and restrict alcohol if you do, and exercise moderately. At the same time, since you get lightheaded and nauseous, you need to have a brain MRI to rule out brain disease.
