If it is swelling, numb and painful, it is likely that the venous return of lower limbs is not good, or the cardiac function and renal function are poor, or the albumin level is low. It is recommended that you go to the hospital and check your venous return, cardiac function, renal function and albumin levels.
More information? Walking too much or bearing too much weight? Or is it just bone spurs? You may consider having more rest and elevate your foot to reduce the swelling. If it persists, you may consider getting a foot X-ray.
