A normal reading would be any blood pressure below 120/80 mm Hg and above 90/60 mm Hg in an adult. However, the BP should be a little higher than the normal range for the older. Your symptoms could be caused by the relative low BP. Also, you need to take a CBC test to confirm whether you are affected by anemia which can lead to lightheadedness and weakness.
