Injury after a fall. A lot of pain in left pelvic and groin area when walking.

Age 72, female, pain when walking in the left pelvic area and groin after falling down. Can’t lift or reposition my left leg very well.  Need to assist the lift with my hands.

Obviously, you need an imaging scan to see if you have any broken bones of the pelvis or torn ligaments, such as a CT scan or a MRI scan. If the test is negative, then you can wait until the pain goes away on its own.
