Go to the hospital for ultrasound as soon as possible and see if there is any artery problem. If yes, further vascular surgery is needed.
Did you have a long walk before? Did you wear improper shoes? Any diagnosis of gout? You are suggested to test your uric acid levels and have an X-ray to examine the bones. Go to an orthopedist or rheumatologist.
