Sorry, you basically can not lower your creatinine and BUN because chronic kidney disease is irreversible. A more practical approach is to make your creatinine and BUN rise slowly, so that the time to start dialysis could be delayed. You have to control your blood sugar vigorously, as a high blood sugar level would speed up the progression of chronic kidney disease. This is also true for high blood pressure.
