I had a heart catheterization a few days ago and my inside chest feels sore like. Is that an effect from the procedure?

It is most likely that your chest pain is caused by the medical problem for which your doctor gave you catheterization. To put it another way, maybe the catheterization is not very successful and you still have a blocked or partially blocked coronary artery of your heart that causes the chest discomfort. You need to talk to the doctor who performed the catheterization for you.
Is your pain severe? If the pain is obvious, it could be caused by vasospasm, thrombosis, or arrhythmia. But it could also be that you're nervous after the surgery. If the pain is severe, you need to consult your cardiologist.
