Hello, the level of HDL-good cholesterol, is associated with physical exercises. If you do more exercises, the level of good cholesterol usually goes up.

I was put on Lipitor..ugh exhauted,shortness of breath and nauseous. Im tryi ng diet,exercise and vitamins.
