It tells us about ldl and hdl so what is total? Is it ldl? ?

Hello, A typical cholesterol test contains 4 indicators. LDL, HDL, total cholesterol and triglycerides. The test report shows values for the 4 indicators separately. All the best. HTQ

My cholesterol total is 260
My ldl is 173.4
My non hdl-c is 196

HDL> 40 (men)/50 (women)
Your cholesterol level and IDL level are too high. You should go to see a cardiologist to get drugs to lower the cholesterol and IDL levels
