The gender ratio for male:female is 1.37 to 1 for pancreatic cancer. Thus there is no big difference between male and female to get pancreatic cancer. But there are studies showing that people with regular exercises are less likely to get pancreatic cancer compared with people without exercises.

Does diabetes play a factor in developing pancreatic cancer ?
Being diabetic doesn't mean a higher chance of pancreatic cancer, however, most people with pancreatic cancer developed diabetes about two years before the pancreatic cancer is diagnosed. So if someone develops diabetes all of a sudden(like the blood sugar was always normal and suddenly it becomes diabetic level), people need to watch it out.
