I had a pacemaker put in 6 weeks ago. The pain in my shoulders and arms has been terrible. Is this a normal recuperation problem.

Some people experience pain from arm and shoulder because arm stays motionless for days. But there are other possibilities, you might need to check with your doctor who knows more about your health condition.
