I also have a high red blood cell count and elevated liver enzymes. Doctor is running more labs. What could this be?

It's hard to say. Otherwise, your doctor didn't need to order more tests to find out. Let's wait for the results of the latest tests.

High RBC, as long as not caused by dehydration, is a symptom of an underlying disease. To lower it down, we have to get the underlying disease treated. If it's kidney problem, treat kidney, if it's drug problem, change the drug.
