Can you use salt
Zoe Speer

Dear, sorry, I will reply you if I didn't see it clearly. IBS can eat salt, not too salty, not good for the body. In addition, it is recommended to eat light, eat easily digestible things, and wish you health.

I don’t know what to eat with IBS
Nathan Robinson
Feb 3, 2020
There are no specific foods that you should eat, but there are foods that you best avoid. The first thing is to avoid foods that trigger IBS attack for you. The foods that trigger an acute attack are different among different patients. So you have to know your own food list that you should avoid. Also, avoid alcohol, caffeine, and dairy products as they often cause pain in IBS.
