I Had Pneumonia Without Fever, Why?

I had pneumonia confirmed two weeks ago, I had fever for a few days before diagnosis of pneumonia, I had medication, now I don't run fever, I don't cough a lot, but I feel somehow chest tightness when taking deep breathing. Am I all right? Should I visit the doctor again?
