If you are suffering from fibromyalgia, in your diet, you need to include:

1. Fresh fruits and vegetables;

2. Foods rich in omega-3 fattys acids such as flaxseed, flaxseed oil, cauliflower, walnuts, broccoli, herring, salmon, mackerel, tuna, sardines, cod, anchovies and rainbow trout;
