if you don't have symptom. you don' need treat. you can also have Endoscopic resection

Diverticulum itself isn't a disease, if you have diverticula, not diverticular disease, you won't have any symptom. Symptoms of diverticular diseases include pain, cramp, bleeding, fever, etc.

Yes, it's called diverticular bleeding. The bleeding occurs when there is inflammation and infection in one or more diverticula. Please seek medical support.
