Improve the body's immunity and try to avoid colds. Eat more nutritious foods and add more vitamins B and C.
Regular exercising, sunshine, laughing a lot, they do the magic to boost your immune.

Sepsis is caused by infection. When the human body fights an infection, it releases certain chemicals to fight. When the body's response to these chemicals is out of balance, sepsis occurs.

Sepsis is most common and most dangerous in people with weaker immunity:

  • Older adults
  • Pregnant women
  • Children younger than 1
  • People who have chronic conditions, such as diabetes, kidney or lung disease, or cancer
  • People who have weakened immune systems
A big portion of sepsis occurs after an infection of:
  • Lung(Pneumonia)
  • Digestive system (which includes organs such as the stomach and colon)
  • Kidney, bladder and other parts of the urinary system
  • Bloodstream infection (bacteremia)
To prevent sepsis, take each infection seriously, even if it might feel like nothing serious at all, especially when you are one of those with weaker immunity.
