What Are the Best Treatment for Mild Concussion?

Tripped backwards on bed of shells in yard carrying large box.
Hit head on left side next to left ear.
Got right up
Head discomfort but not dizzy
70 years old

since your age is 70, A Brain CT scan is suggested.

Was hit in head several times and had 2 to 3 hard falls.   Slept immeduately after, day and half was up 2 to 3 times.  Second day after incident feeling off balance dizzy sudden moves causes dizziness and unstable.

The American Academy of Neurology defines concussion as a biomechanically induced clinical syndrome related to alterations in brain function that can affect memory and orientation.
