Question: I have atherosclerotic vascular disease. My dr is not concerned about it. I had pneumonia and the pain in my chest is almost constant now. Tired all the time. Have had chest x-rays blood tests. My question is what are my next steps . Ty

The most importan thing is to cure the pnoumonia. Atherosclerotic vascular disease is common in elderly. Mostly, it's not life threatening. Unless, you have coronary heart disease. After the pneumonia heals, you could see a cardiologist.
