My name is Cathy I'm 60 yrs old I have 3 different kinds of arthritis. I have ankalosing spondlytis psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis. I'm always in pain. I also have bursitis. I go to a pain clinic but they don't give me enough pain medication. There are times when I need to take 3 times a day. I try not to take it 3 times a day because I don't want to run out of medicine. Is there something that I can do at home to help relieve my pain? Thank you Cathy

Hi Cathy, see if you can get some OTC pain pills. When you go to pharmacy, make sure to tell the pharmacist that you are taking prescription and let him explain to you how to use the OTC pain pills and any side effects/interaction
