My son coughs almost everyday, it's because of allergy. He's allergic to molds, I tried to keep the bedroom as clean as possible, but he still coughs. If I gave him antiallergic it improves. But I don't want him on antiallergic all the time.

A chest CT works better than X-ray. Allergy can be a possible cause, heart problem can be another possible cause.

I have the same problem, now they tell me it may be silent reflux.
