Wes helping out in extreme heat had terrible pain in my chest.
Hello Cindy, I think you need an ECG. In extreme heat, it's kind like a pressure test, the terrbile chest pain may be angina.
My chest pain seems to occur when my sugar is off I’m wondering if type2 diabetes issues can cause chest pain when the heart is working harder to deal with sugar highs an lows? I’ve had echo’s stress test etc an shows my heart is ok outside of having a fast heart beat an murmur
Hi~ no matter what causes chest pain, it's chest pain, it indicates a potential heart problem. I'd suggest you take a Coronary CTA to further examine the heart. Of course you've got to discuss with your primary doctor, cause Coronary CTA carries some risks of x-ray exposure.
having pain and pressure in middle of chest going to the back area while folding clothes
Hello Laura, it might or might not be heart-related, but I'd suggest you go to hospital and get a ECG. It seems to me more likely heart-related pain.
Have crushing pain in chest after taking morning meds
Hello Judy, one of the possible causes of the pain is Angina, I'll recommend you to contact your doctor. Let him arrange some tests for you please.
Burns between breast
According to what you say, a few disease can be possible, you should see a doctor ASAP.
A few life-threatening chest pain: ischemic heart disease, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, aortic dissection,Gastric perforation. other disease: pneumonia, Ribitis, shingles, Intercostal neuritis, pleurisy(TB ,maybe no fever), Reflux Esophagitis, Esophageal hiatus hernia, esophageal cancer, lung cancer.
you should  do test to find out.
Rib tenderness with swelling of my left breast.  Pain radiates to my back.  Burning sensation in my breast.  Swelling never goes down.  Several years of this.   Going for a PET scan.  Have seen every specialist you can imagine.  No answers.
Has the PET result come out clean? I think the key is to take more tests rather than see more specialist, doctors need test results.
Chest pain is a common and life-threatening condition, there're multiple causes of chest pain, including acute coronary syndrome (ACS), aortic dissection, pulmonary embolism (PE), pneumothorax, pericarditis, pericardial tamponade, and esophageal rupture. Etc., ACS accounts for the highest proportion of these serious life-threatening diseases, the misdiagnosis rate of myocardial infarction (AMI) is 3% to 5%, and the incidence of aortic dissection is about 0.5 to 1/100,000. Misdiagnosed with a mortality rate of more than 90%. The incidence of PE is about 70/100,000, the incidence of spontaneous pneumothorax is 2.5-18/100,000, and the incidence of esophageal rupture is 12.5/100,000. In 2009, Beijing acute chest pain registration study, a total of 5666 patients were included, the results showed that patients with chest pain accounted for 4% of emergency patients, of which ACS accounted for 27.4%, aortic dissection accounted for 0.1%, and PE accounted for 0.2%. How to quickly and accurately diagnose and identify the cause of ACS and other fatal chest pain has become a difficult point and focus of emergency treatment. The causes of chest pain are as follows:
1. Chest wall disease
Acute dermatitis, subcutaneous cellulitis, herpes zoster, epidemic chest pain, myositis, non-suppurative costal cartilage, intercostal neuritis, rib fracture, acute leukemia, multiple myeloma, etc.
2. Cardiovascular disease
Angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, myocarditis, acute pericarditis, mitral or aortic valve disease, aortic aneurysm, aortic sinus aneurysm rupture, dissecting aneurysm, pulmonary infarction: pulmonary hypertension and cardiac neurosis.
3. Respiratory diseases
Pleuritis, pleural tumor, spontaneous pneumothorax, pneumonia, acute tracheobronchitis, lung cancer, etc.
4. Mediastinal disease
Mediastinal inflammation, mediastinal abscess, mediastinal tumor, and esophagitis, hiatal hernia, esophageal cancer, etc.
5. Others such as underarm abscess, liver abscess, spleen infarction, etc.I hope the above informatio
what to do when chest pain persist it comes on and off  now for more than a month , the pain is very  slow and not very sharp.
you should see a cardiologist ASAP. you may have serious  coronary heart disease.
Hi my chest hurts when I'm moving in certain directions and when I'm walking I don't wether I should go to the er
Me too, when I walk I feel pretty good. At a certain position, I start to feel chest pain on under my neck above my breast. Sometimes with shoulder pain. My doctor says it's a C-spine problem. I've had it for years.
Do you think you could've had it from a trauma?
Every time I feel chest pain I go to ER. Of course every time doctor says I"m fine after taking the EKG. It's better safe than sorry. I live with no second chance.
After I eat I have excess sweating Domino pain kind of light-headed nausea, stomach my jaws tingle and I just feel real weak feel better once I felt or pass gas
It's hard to say a heart or GI problem, better see your doctor.
So am I. Jesus, I can't even have One dinner with my friend. Thought it's a heart problem, Dr. said not.
Sometimes I wake up during the night with chest pain that lasts 5-10 minutes. It feels like my chest is being squeezed. Any suggestions?
Hi, this is likely angina, I'll suggest that you get the heart checked at your earliest convenience. Meanwhile, you may take Aspirin pills before going to sleep for safety.
