When ones pulse rate goes up to 89 and the usual is about 65 what does this mean

Hello Lois, is there any trigger of the speeded pulse? 89 is still a normal value, but the speed-up indicates a potential trigger. Do you have any infection, fever, stomachache, low blood sugar, anxiety, anger, etc.?
