I need Narcotic treatment ideas for someone that is having servere pain from this and it's 82 with 40 percent renal function and diabetes.. Please..

It has to be a type that doesn't metabolize through kidney. Why not ask your doctor? You have to get narcotic from a practitioner anyway.
