What treatment is there
there are a few cause for vetigo.
Cerebrovascular vertigo: should pay attention to drinking more water, do not suddenly change the position, such as slamming when going to the toilet at night, are prone to cause cerebral vascular dizziness. Once it happens, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible. After the diagnosis, you can give appropriate vasodilator drugs, anti-platelet aggregation drugs (such as aspirin), anticoagulant drugs.
Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy: neck gymnastics: can be designed by itself: 1 head neck slowly flexing forward and backward, left and right side bends, internal and external rotation, relaxation movement, shoulder ribs close together. 2 Sit with both hands and hold it tightly behind the pillow, so that the head is tilted back and the chest is forward to enlarge the intervertebral space. 3 supine position, neck pillow on the pillow, so that the head back, and then can turn the head left and right, can relax the neck muscles.

Is there a exam to check for calcium crystals build up in the ear?
Everyone has ear crystals.
Yes, I went to an Audiologist to have an exam and balancing test. They told me that I have crystals in my right ear. There is therapy and medication for this.
Joan Miller, I don't know that ëveryone has ear crystals and I don't know where you got your information from, but if you have ever experienced severe episodes of vertigo, so much so that you are completely debilitated to the point of running into walls and have uncontrolled vomiting during these episodes, I doubt very much that everyone has ear crystals, otherwise how could everyone function day-to-day?. Do you have any medical training because I do and you should not make any comments or render any medical opinions if you do not have medical training. For those that suffer from severe episodes of vertigo it used to be that a prescription for Antivert was the treatment of choice. Now we know that Dramamine has the same properties as Antivert and most doctors recommend Dramamine which is basically an OTC Antivert. For those of you that suffer from chronic acute episodes of Vertigo it may be related to your eustation tubes in the ears. Also, try taking Dramamine when you are down and take it regularly even if the symptoms get better then after a few days stop it. You should also consider seeing an ENT doc.
It’s eustachian‼️‼️‼️
Sorry for the typo - my iPad is old and it does not respond to every keystroke. You really thought you needed to make a comment on a typo?.
When I move my neck i.hear static sound in my ears and fell dizzy.
It seems like Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo may go away on its own within a few weeks or months. But, to help relieve BPPV sooner, your doctor, audiologist or physical therapist may treat you with a series of movements known as the canalith repositioning procedure.
