I noticed my thumb being swollen yesterday, Feb 19, 2019. I just thought of it possibly being gout this morning. I take gout medicine for gout in my foot
At first I thought it was broken but I don't remember doing anything to my thumb-bumping, failing, hitting hard, closing in door.
I just know it's swollen, it's hard to bend, and, it's hurts bad.
My question is, why isn't my gout medicine not working on my thumb?
what kind of medicine do you take? Have you had your blood uric acid tested? Mostly, The drug is not effective for everyone. You should see your doctor again.
