To lower (BP) naturally take apple cider vinegar DAILY and be careful with your salt intake. Also cook at home so you can control your salt intake. Process foods and aged cheese as well as salami and pickled anything can bring up (HBP).Also smoking cigarettes is not good either. Drinking excessively is also not good. Get DAILY exercise and mediation will help.
I do agree that apple cider vinegar is good. Don't Take It Before Sleep! I used to take two pills right before going to bed. Occassionaly I woke up all of a sudden in 30-40 minutes after falling asleep, it feels like pressure, burning and out-of-breath feeling in the chest, I thought it as heart attack. Guess what, it's reflux, cause there's too much acid. Don't take it before going to bed.
