I had a fully knee replacement 3weeks ago. Today I sat down on the floor doing exercises and got up wrong... I'm afraid I might've torn something in the inside due to a sharp pain shooting through my leg... Should I go to the hospital for xrays?

Yes, you should go to hospital for X-ray. Be careful after this.
