The back of my right knee is swollen, hard, & lot of pain what could it be? It hurts if some one touches that area...please help me what can I do to ease the pain & make swelling go down at least until I'm able to see Dr.

Pay attention to resting more to avoid damage. Don't let your knees move. Take a break. Slow down the load. If necessary, the pain can be alleviated by oral analgesics such as ibuprofen.

it could be a Bakers Cyst. I had mine removed bc the pain was so severe. What a relief.
