Should I see a dr for lower back pain chronic since 3yrs ago had a laminectimy on L4L5 . Been a week and a half having excruciating pain when I try to get up out of chair or standing to go to walk in right side of groin

The recent pain might not be the chronic pain, I think you need to see your Dr. Make the appointment at your earliest convenience.
