I am experiencing tingling in my foot and numbness! I feel constant pain in my rear thighmuscle and severe pain in my knee? Is this related to sciatic nerve? Should I be walking a lot to relieve pain?

Yes, it's related to sciatic nerve, you'd better rest more and walk less.
