My sister is having tightness squeezing pain in her chest an left arm is numb left shoulder aching an she is nauseated is this a possible sign of heart attack
it can be heart attack, make a appointment with a cardiologist, it can be dangerous.
Question: how old(Menopausal women)? fat? smoke?hypertension?diabetes? family history? all those increase the risk of HEART ATTACT。
by the way ,are  the symptoms related to the Strenuous exercise。if yes. the chance of heart attack is big.
If all women  would look up women’s symptoms of having heart attack,or stroke we have a lot of different signs of one than men like jaw hurting etc. so please look them up

It seems like you have Cervical spondylosis. try to go the doctor and get a MRI.
Ache chest stiff neck arm muscles hurt in upper left side.  Only hurts if I breath on hard .

how often does it happen? how long does it last? or it just a persistent symptom that never go away? if so it's not like a heart problem. if it bothers you very much, you should go to hospital , i can't tell you it's not a heart attack. sometime the signs can be very obscure and heart attack can be life-threatening.

how old are you ? how is this happening ,when you are stay still or do physical exercise?

So you have GERD, after you stop your medication for GERD, you start to feel chest pain. You should retake the medication, see the pain is relieved or not. If not, you should go to cardiologist to exclude heart problems.
My husband is 54 and was real dizzy 2 days ago and yesterday he kept breaking into a sweat. And today hes having cramps in his left hand to where he can barely do anything with it. Could this possibly be a sign of heart attack?
