I have sarcoidosis in my lings. Why can't I donate blood?

Hello Miss Crowther, sarcoidosis isn't contagious so there's no recommendation against donating blood. Some people with lung sarcoidosis could have impairment in liver or kidney function, that does work against donating blood.
