I have a diagnosis of latent tuberculosis which I found on MyChart but was never told to me by any doctors. What exactly is it and am at higher risk for getting TH?

Meaning you're infected but you aren't sick. About 10% of latent tuberculosis develops into TB, especially people with weak immune e.g. HIV infected people. 90% of latent tuberculosis don't develop into TB for the entire life. Latent tuberculosis isn't a disease, and is not infectious either. It just shows positive in the blood test. That's why no doctor has called you.
