If you kill the yeast in your tonggue, you will be healthy. If you don't kill them, you may have bad breath, itchy feeling, mouth ulcer, etc.

1. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass of warm water and drink the mixture 2-3 times daily.
2. Apple cider vinegar is also available in the form of a tablet that you can take as a supplement, preferably after meals.
3. You can also fill your tub with warm water and add 1-2 cups of apple cider vinegar. Stay in the bath and soak for 5-20 minutes.
