I have been dealing with excruciating pain in my hands and shoulders almost daily for the past 5 years and feet occasionally, it has finally been pinpointed to the nerves in my neck, inflammation causing the nerve to send painful sensations into my hands and shoulders mostly, I have been to dr after dr, no one can seem to find anything that will stop the inflammation in my neck, I’ve had the shots, Ive tried humari , enbrel, I am currently taking 1000 mg *3 x a day of ibuprofen, which is starting to cause stomach issues, I also take gabapentin, which on.y makes me sleepy, I am so ready for more options on how to get relief
This is tough. Would you consider acupuncture? Some people do get relief from acupuncture, some people don't.
Please don't use accupunture. Accupuncture they already know we're they are going to place needles. Try a thing called dry needling, no medication on needle, we're accupuncture does. Dry needling the feel around for hard spots and use longer thicker needles, I know it sounds painful and it is somewhat. Believe me from my own experiences accupuncture did not help at all  dry needling I get 85 percent relief. Dry needling #1
What is dry needling? I'm eager to know more.
