I’m 64 and just been diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma. It has been on my leg at least 4 years and has about doubled in size this last year. Should have had it checked earlier. Should I be really worried? They are going to try to cut it out next week.

Hi, you need to have a biopsy in the hospital. Do you have other systematic symptoms besides the lump? In my opinion, it might be tuberculosis infections of lymph nodes or the lymphoma. You need to go to see a doctor ASAP.
