What Do Different Bladder Cancer Stages Mean?

I take medication for a active bladdet it seems to help..Since taking it helps with urinating frequently and bladder in fections i was getting them often and i could not hold my urine the Dr said weak bladder i guess i got to take medication the rest of my life..this has caused me lower back pain constipsyion from time timebut it is managable.My question can this condition turn to bladder caner..It is very irritating
