141 mg/dl two hours after eating is just above the line, you should be fine if you start to do more exercises regularly.

mine was over 500 yesterday Urnine,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,dr was alarmed sent me for blood work direct,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I eat NO sugar drink only water and eat only sherbert *due to cancer) oatmeal eggs she said NONE of them had a bearing .

Eat plant base Whole Foods. Fruits and veggies this helps with blood sugar and cancer.

High blood glucose levels warrants a complete evaluation of the underlying causes. Food takage do not seem to expalin this high gluocose level.

Your blood sugar has already surpassed the normal range (80-140). You can try to regulate the diet first by eating less sweet food and drinking less beverages. After 2 weeks, you can test your fasting glucose as well as glucose 2 hours after meal to see if you can decrease the blood glucose just by changing your life style. If it is still high, you need to see an endocrinologist.
