What's the normal oxygen saturation level for a person on oxygen at 2 liters/minute?

normally the oxygen saturation level is above 96%. no matter how much is the Inhaled oxygen flow, you just keep the oxygen saturation level above 96%. if you oxygen saturation level is already above 96%, you don't need to take oxygen.

smoking and oxygen go hand and hand alot . i am a smoker and need to stop smoking ! is smoking the major cause for low oxygen levels ? I know some people dont smoke .

I think the reason is your lung has been damaged by smoking, not the smoke itself lowering the oxygen.
